This is a quote by Democratic Political Consultant Jim Carville from Wikipedia: Between Paoli (one of Philadelphia’s westernmost suburbs) and Penn Hills (one of Pittsburgh’s easternmost suburbs), Pennsylvania is Alabama without the blacks.
